Well Larry was over yesterday. We managed to get the oil return lines ran. We decided to run hard line instead of the braided steel flexible hose. I had some aluminum fuel line left over so we decided to use it. It is smaller in outside diameter and because it is rigid it will help to assure a downward slope. We drilled and tapped the fuel pump block off plate on the passenger side for oil return and we just did the same to the side of the timing cover on the driver's side. Larry hand polished the lines with some metal polish I had but I know that when we take it all apart to install all of the gaskets he will polish it better (just the way he is). We are very close to doing just that.
On the brake side of things, you can see in the pictures that there are now braided steel lines connected to the master cylinder. These look great but we are still having fitting issues at the proportioning valve. Enjoy these few pictures.
