any way to get all the 40 plus years of track dirt / dust cleaned off and make it presentable?

I'm not interested in "presentable". Not looking to showcase any wear and tear. No value in old beat up paint.

I want accurate as-built day one brand new condition utilizing the original components wherever possible.
