Help identify a 8 3/4 differential

Hey guys was doing a bit of cleaning and found this what I believe to be 8 3/4 differential. If I remember correctly It came out of my a body 8 3/4 rear that I installed a posi unit.

Heres a couple pics of it, is it worth anything?
Or just scrap?
