Read it again, Sam....Nothing to do with changing VIN's. In fact, I'd just as soon keep the VIN in it, screwed up history and all.

I started at the Missouri DMV, that's how I know "Junk" and "salvage" are not the same title, and I would like to see if "Junk" can be restored to "salvage" or not. No help there thanks to some new laws enacted mid '15....if only I'd had the funds to look at this earlier!
