Sears is not going anywhere. restructuring , yes, they are closing larger retail stores, while maintaining small town home stores. these stores are independently owned, the owner pays the rent and salaries, and Sears supplies the goods. These stores carry the staples of Sears, tools, appliances, garden equipment and other home hardware. I still buy craftsman brand and always will. Black and Decker and Sears go hand and hand, both been around A LONG time.
