Finally, my first 360 and goals for it! I'll be asking a lot of questions.

The flexplate replaces the flywheel, you'll either have get a tq that is balanced for your 360 or get a aftermarket balance flexplate. I think I posted a link earlier in this thread for one of these flexplates.
