Are you specifically talking about the Fitech or the Sniper or both? I have heard tons of success stories on the Fitech as well as problems that needed worked out. There is a few long threads here on the Fitech, and Facebook has a group dedicated to Fitech support.

I think like most new things, bugs just need worked out.
