Holley Sniper EFI

So I noticed this distributor PAC-9360-2 Pace Pac Chevy V8 Performance Red Cap Distributor has a built in cd module, could that be interferring with the holley sniper ignition setting? I have it set for neg coil ifnition input but in the holley instructions they say to use the tach out from a cd box, well I dont have a tach out on the distributor. Im beginning to wonder if i have to convert the rpm signal some how.

Sounds to me like you don't have it setup for fuel only mode. You're aware that it won't control timing because it's a ready to run... wiring in that tachometer sounds like its "fooling" the unit. You're not using the distributor wires on the sniper correct? just the tach wire? since it's only controlling fuel?
