Seriously, what does that have to do with anything about insuring your house? Man that sucks, but it looks like its time to shop around. We had a situation were the insurance company dropped us in the middle of a claim. We had a water line break in our town home causing the entire first floor and basement to flood. Total gut job! Part way thru they had some BS reason (which I dont remember) and dropped us. That was a hell of a fight, but they ended up having to pay in the end.
Plus side we got better insurance coverage and rates with the new company.
