I think the reason I can't commit to buying a "new" truck is that the wrench turner in me wants to take a stab at repairing the plow truck I have now... the parts are super easy to come by and I can probably have a good to go plow truck for 2-3k... put it up on blocks out back this summer and have at it..

I totally understand that. I think if I already had a truck and I already know the history of it. I would be in the same boat. You could get that truck and something major could pop up and now your sticking more money into it. If your truck is fairly solid and could become something you would really enjoy after putting money into I would just stick with that route.

Should be set in 3m bedding compound, One thing about a glass co. doing it, it's their baby if they break it. PPG is better aftermarket glass.
