I need to re place the drip rail calking on my 65 Valiant. The old stuff is cracked and in bad shape. Some of it comes off easy and some not so easy. I don't want to damage anything by prying it out. I had thought of maybe a heat gun would soften the old calking? Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks, Litz

Mines cracking also, was hoping for an easy fix, i need to find a way to get this solved too

I used a flat blade screwdriver with it going with the driprail and just tapped on the screwdriver with a hammer. It doesn't take much to get it out.
After that I used a cordless drill with a wire brush to get the rest out.

I use the beak side of a bottle opener to get the tight spots and a narrow screwdriver for the rest. Don't dig out the solder.

Yeah , a church key and a flat blade screwdriver . Try a heat gun on low setting but be careful , not too much heat
