Stop in for a cup of coffee

and put bucket seats in the back of the Dart....??? :realcrazy:

Yes

Yes

:wtf::lol:

Yep

Yep

And there are a few reasons for this.

First and foremost : safety. This car will be running a full roll cage for SCCA road race use. So these two buckets allow me to locate the seats further into the center of the car amd away from the cage. They also will allow me to run the roll cage right against the body and then hide it with custom panels. Plus they actually sit lower and increase the headroom.

Second: weight savings. The 2 buckets combined are lighter than the rear seat by about 15 lbs. that's not counting the seat belts and latches. Which in still working out the plan for those, may go 4 point harnesses, maybe 5 pointers.

Third: these rear buckets will actually be the same as the front buckets for looks they'll be the same. Also, this will allow me to use the same pattern to make my covers which I have a pretty cool design of btw.

Fourth. Cheap. I have 25 buckets in the pair.

Fifth: Because I can that's why :icon_fU:. :poke::rofl:
