I think people have already addressed why he left. If it's that big of a deal to keep a thread going without the OP, then mods will lock or delete the thread. Personally, I'd like to see someone revive it with their LS powered project because it gives insight as to the different methods people use to modify their cars to fit something that didn't come equipped from the factory...
