Busy as a one armed paper hanger. I'm in the middle of a manufacturing campaign today and just stopped in here between putting out fires for a sanity break.
I just got finished ripping up one of the guys for not doing what he was supposed to the way he was supposed to. He couldn't figure out why doing something differently than he was instructed to...didn't work. Now He's facing a full day of "Do over". :BangHead:
