yeah...... their solution? put big rocks in the hole by helicopter.... guess what, water washed them out. like really? that's the solution?!
sad part is, that's the back up spillway, they say the hole in the main spill way is even bigger, letting 2 times the amount of water rush out than it was designed to withstand. and its raining today.
