Hi, I'm new here but having "looked in" I've thought you all look a friendly bunch. I have a 1974 Duster 360 (vs29L) no.s matching which I imported to the Uk in may 2015 from Virginia and have been lightly restoring it /improving it as I drive it when time and weather allows, sadly the fender tag is missing and although the build sheet is under the springs of rear seat it's in a bad way so can't tell me much about the original spec! Maybe there's another way. Having previously had a falcon and a mustang I finally got to scratch that Mopar itch and so far I'm loving it!, I'll try to add photos ..

I noticed after I posted it ..looks like a pic I took after I had just fitted new carb and manifold and was trying the original filter housing on but was sadly a bit to tall without modification so currently using an edelbrock one.

I knew someone would spot that!

I have a huge soft spot for these 74 and "late" dusters.

I have a 75 duster in the same B1 powder blue. I wish mine were in as good of shape but it's a project.

Welcome and please tell us all you want about this beautiful machine and how it ended up in the U.K.....interesting stuff

I was actually surfing USA eBay looking a thing FB Mustang when I stumbled across this car and just had to have it! I've always wanted an "original" muscle car and apart from the wheels it came with this seemed original enough!

Nice Duster! The fact it's a factory original 360 is even sweeter. You must get a lot of stares and thumbs up from peeps over there.

There's not too many dusters over here and most of us are aware of the other ones, that was part of the attraction too as mustangs etc seem to be everywhere at the moment.
I have a list of things I want to improve as long as my arm and as you can imagine just locating parts etc at a sensible cost is not easy as some companies won't ship overseas, even a set of nice duster logo floor mats are proving a difficult buy. But as you say it's a rare car here and gets a lot of attention especially at gas stations !

Welcome from so.cal. Good looking car. I have been to the UK 2 or 3 times already. My misses is British, from Stoke-on-Trent in the Midlands, Staffordshire. I have relations also in Cambridge. When I travel into London I like to go to the Ace Cafe during American Classic and hotrod night. It's really a blast seeing cars from home and talking to their British owners. Have you taken your car there to display it? Well cheers.

Hi, ive never been to the Ace meets although probably only a 2 hr drive away but should really do that one day!

You see more Mustangs because they are like belly buttons.
The Duster is a much better engineered and made car with things "like" torsion bar suspension.
And the engine too.
(Does it by any chance have a front anti-sway bar?)

I'm going to wax poetic here.

"Virginia is for lovers".
It's in Dixie.
You are in the U.K.
And now she is.

"All the days became so long
Did you really think, I'd do you wrong?
Dixie, when I let you go"

Here's to the U.K. and colors.

Don't let her ever go, no matter what.

Nice Duster! Glad to see MA Mopar being represented in the UK! Welcome from California!
