they say OD rods are different than regular 4 speed rods but I seriously have used the regular 4 speed rods before on an OD. There is plenty of adjustment on the end swivels and all it really is, is one goes upside down. the reverse and one of the other ones is same dang thing as a regular 4 speed.
I have a b body 833 with shifter and linkage. I want to put the shifter on the od a body unit. Rod lengths are completely different and was considering fabricating my own. Doesn't seem like rocket science but i dont want to crap it up either..
