Stop in for a cup of coffee

I have dual with left/ right actuators There was also a 3 zone option with one in the back. I do not have that.
OK, Here's what you need to do...

The Actuator Calibration homes and repositions the air-door actuators and removes accumulated positioning errors. This can be done using a Star Scan tool (Dealer) or can be forced by the following process:

With the vehicle on and running (doors closed):
1. Turn the air temperature controls to the lowest (cold) setting for each side and wait for 30 seconds before proceeding.
2. Turn the main system control to the full "off" position and fan to the lowest setting.
3. Turn the vehicle off
4. Wait at least 5 minutes, then disconnect the battery, wait at least 5 minutes, then reconnect battery.
5. Restart the vehicle
6. Turn the main system control to "floor", turn fan to medium setting and wait for system to fully redirect the air flow to the floor.
7. Turn the air temperature controls to the highest (heat) setting for each side and wait for 30 seconds before proceeding.
8. Turn the main system to "vent" and wait for system to fully redirect the air flow.
9. Turn the air temperature controls to the lowest (cold) setting for each side and wait for 30 seconds before proceeding.
10. Turn the main system control to the full "off" position and fan to the lowest setting.
11. Turn the vehicle off, exit vehicle, close the door and lock vehicle.

The system should now be reset to base calibration and all "learned door position" data cleared.
