I have a plain old points distributor recurved with a Pertronix Ignitor III and coil. It is multi-spark and has an adjustable REV limiter built in.
The ballast resistor is hidden bypassed with a 12AWG solid jumper. No wiring changes what so ever to the factory harness.
I have been quite pleased with it and you would be hard pressed to know it is not stock without looking at it real close.
