Stop in for a cup of coffee

So I got a question. On the way home Monday from my guard unit, 3 hours away, a crash had the interstate closed so I took an old state highway that goes some 60 miles out of the way, seen an old 1950s dinner still standing along side it. Would that not be cool to somehow buy and move and turn into a shop? Or am I crazy? Or both?
