Looks like this modification on the upper A arms will work out. When I put it all together, I rolled the eccentrics all the way out. When I put it on the ground, and rolled it outside, it now had Positive, instead of negative camber. Looked pretty bad too. I was afraid to drive it. So I see that I can reach in above the tires while its on the ground , and get to the bushing bolts. After I got em loose enough, I could just turn em all neutral position, which helped a lot. Got an Appointment with my Alignment guy at 8:30am tomorrow.
