Missed on this combo?

I have used reverse split cams on restricted motors and couldnt say they were any better than single pattern or ones with 10 more exh.they also werent happy on tight lsa.You dont have restricted intake/ carb so i feel going this way doesnt seem right.My thought is fix the head like the head guy said with epoxy first.
