Okay cool is it hard to change cause I have the gauge cluster partially out right now but I don't know how to take it all the way out or if I even need to to change the switch
Again, depends on the car you are working on.
A lot of the switches for headlights are (well you know) so the cluster being partially out could be a good thing.
Bet you could even find a pinout diagram for the switch online somewhere with a Google search.
