I don't eat things like bread, cereal, pasta, pancakes waffles etc etc. And no sugar, unless it's fruit. And remember, I'm a fat bastard! Started this whole thing at 363 lbs! So the first 50 or so isn't going to take long with staying under 2000 calories.
the carb thing is easy and mostly obvious - it's the sugar thing that tosses me - but I need to get after it, the misses is starting to buzz at me pretty good about my "beer belly"
