just a hunch, but I would guess you're going to have to compress them more than 0.200in, because they will spring back. You may have to squeeze them to -0.500in(or maybe more) to get them to stay at -0.200in. Of course, you should probably sneak up on it. Keep track of the process, maybe we'll all learn something new.
