Ac wiring

can someone tell me what this is I have 2 darts and they both have one no idea what it's for . Or what hooks up to it ??? there is nothing hooked up to the compressor but don't see anything close to able . this is a random off the dryer connector the plug broke off needs repair but don't now we're it goes. this is on the bulk head not sure if I'm missing a jumper harness . I appreciate your help it he'll in redding,ca with out ac . I want to get her on the road again. Still needs alot of work here she is
