10 lbs of oil pressure on engine break in..........

I run loose bearing clearances also but I always run a HV HP pump 40 psi idle is great
70 revved up is also great, 10 psi per 1000 rpm, 7000 rpm 70 psi. The motor wont live long with those pressures you got. Pull the dist and see if the plug is in if it is pull the pan and change the pump.
