.125 Haircell ABS on a home made Vacu-forming machine.
Same one I use to make my speaker kick panels for the early A's
what is weird is the Kick panels and the top side panel trim pieces for the convertibles was soooooo much easier to make than the darn glovebox.
These top side panel pieces came out great in shape and size. A little bit thin so I'm going to the .090 instear of the .060 plastic
I had major webbing and blow out issues with the glove box. Trouble getting the mold off of the part and about every other process. The other parts worked like a charm without any problems (other than operator error)
