I agree with the recommendations to use something lighter than the XE268 cam. I have that cam in my 69 Barracuda 340 4 speed, 3.55 gears, Eddy Air Gap, Eddy 650 Thunder series carb and Headers. It is a sweet cam, but it might be a bit much unless you are planning to match my other performance upgrades. BTW, you do NOT need adjustable rockers. My XE268 runs fine without them.
