Front end shakes

Shouldn't be there all new joints and drive shaft is brand new

Definitely not rim I just got them and put on this week. Can't be anything worn it's all brand new

Ok, so it's all new and nothing shakes? Oh, wait, no, you have a shake.

You can't use "new" to rule out issues. If it's all new and it's all right, nothing shakes. You have a shake, so, something isn't right. It's not unheard of for brand new rims to be out of true. You should see how many ounces of lead the tire shop added to one of my brand new Cragar soft 8's on my truck, with a brand new tire. It was way out, brand new right out of the box.

I seriously doubt it's the shocks. If it were all the time, it could be the shocks. If it were only on bumpy roads, it could be the shocks. But for it to be speed dependent? It's almost always a balance issue. Tires, rims, driveshaft, something. Speed dependent shakes are almost always wheel or alignment issues.
