302 heads with 69 318 A-body manifolds

As soon as I seen it I seem to remember something about and when I googled it shoes a thread on this site talking about and grinding the head.

I'm running the stock A-body 318 manifolds. I just noticed that the manifold on the driverside is against heads. I'll post pictures.

That must be the problem??? I never installed stock exhaust manifolds on my 318 with 302 heads. When I installed the 302 heads I also swapped in the 340 driver and 360 passenger manifolds. It seems like a little grinding on the head would fix the problem but maybe someone else has a better idea??
