She was on the verge of becoming an old run-down machine when I got her and over the past 2 years I have been slowly bringing her back to the magnificent machine she once was. I almost feel like if I hadn't bought her she would have never had a future as a the car she once was. I'm quite sure someone would have bought her and either rat raced her or resto-modded her without respect for the fact that she is a true survivor that has been refreshed multiple times, but is still mostly original.
It's kinda funny...she get younger as I get older. The joy is that I feel younger with every bit I do to bring her back to full glory. :)
The car has the original vinyl top, original carpets and even has the original factory undercoating. I don't think many out there on the open market who might have bought her that would have appreciated that.
