If that's true then you should get a second opinion...those heads (ask anyone on here that has flowed my heads or OOTB heads) will flow almost 240cfm at 28" of depression using a 4.03 bore...he is taking you for a ride. Plain and simple...ask anyone on here! Or anywhere else other than your Magician builder. In fact, I just did a live broadcast on Facebook with Johnny Hunkins of Mopar Muscle, where we flowed an EQ head done exactly the same as I do the Indy heads...flowed anywhere from 260-264 cfm. This was LIVE for the world to see...he was also there for the machine work that we do so literally impossible to do smoke and mirrors. Before you drag somebody's name through the mud, you should make sure your correct in your accusations....
