FBO Systems

If you notice in post #29 Don (or the FBO employee) says "repair or replace". The thing is, I don't want his garbage product (in my case a broken distributor) repaired or replaced. I want a refund. It sounds like you want a refund also. He outright refuses to give refunds if he delivers something broken.

I have the emails from Don also and would gladly show the world, unless he wants to make it right. It's sad it's come to this forum post to try and push him to do the right thing.

All I ever wanted was for him to replace the carb with one that wasn't damaged and to refund my money for having to ship it back to him. All he needed to do was replace the booster and put new metering blocks in it. Instead he took the stance that the damaged parts didn't matter and were my problem to deal with. I don't remember what the total purchase price was but it was close to $1000 with the additional fees to customize the carb for my setup. I don't know about anyone else on the list, but when I spend that much money on a new part, I expect it to be a new and undamaged part; not an incompetently modified piece with a manufactured defect.
