Need Help With a Stereo Antenna

I realize that guys but I thought this quote meant he wanted to add a radio antenna after removing the original from the fender.
So apparently we are talking a Sirius radio GPS receiver then.

"I'm using the box area for my speedo GPS and there is room for a small radio antenna."
