Stop in for a cup of coffee

Mark that is good news and that's a big accomplishment, I never tried to lose weight but I expect my Dr. is going advise me to. How did you do it?
I Cut out processed sugars and carbs, and heavy starches. no breads, cakes, cookies candies, potatoes chips and the basic junk foods. Just eating smarter and healthier. Portion control is a big factor for me also. Oh and lots of walking!
