So one of the best parts about having my dart is that in my area its about the only one. So i like to keep in unique. I have a have a 225 ci 3.7L in it. I am looking to supercharge it. I know its not practical and i know that it is going to cost me a fortune but thats what I want to do. Im looking for anyone who had done a supercharged slant 6 or knows enough to steer me in the right direction in terms of different part swaps to performance parts. Also looking for a step in the right direction of what kind of supercharger to get. And I am brand new to this. I am mechanically inclined enough to be dangerous so im trying to learn. Thanks!

I don't know but you can pick up those little chargers used on stuff like the Buick/ Olds V6. Seen them on CL as cheap as 200 bucks

Like this for 3 bills

Very quick Google search "supercharged slant six"

Hmmm looks like right now they only have one of these kits made, they were offering it for sale on their Instagram but I couldn't find it on their site or anything. Hopefully they actually produce this in larger numbers, I'd be really interested in a kit like this, but its not quite time yet

Good Morning Heath

We have just completed a kit for the slant 6 Mopar. I have been emailing info out this week about them. Good timing to ask. The kit is $2800 and a few weeks to get them together and ship from the time of order. Here are some pictures.

I have one of those on the shelf. Mine also has the correct Q-jet carb. Been wanting to try it on a slant six.

I sorta want to see a Thermoquad on one. They will bolt right on in place of the Quadrajet, too.

jump on that draw through T/A unit. thats about as close to a drop-on as youl, find with its draw through "use any spreadbore carb' design. The newer Eaton EFI superchargers are a dry design, the rotor seals may not hold up to a wet fuel environment using a draw through carb.

If Budget minded, then yes chase down a Pontiac unit that was on the Bonneville. But if $3000 doesn't scare you away the Torqstrom unit/kit looks about as good as it gets. Im saving up my shekels to grab that one and will also be interested to see how they accommodate the EFI that is out these days. That would be one sweet combo.

I’m getting a Holley sniper and going to have it control timing with the supercharger.

Started it tonight. I haven’t got the Holley sniper yet. I really think the sniper will resolve lots of minor issues with fuel system

It will be Holley for me and I will be getting a u shaped intake pipe to get fresh air from front of car instead of now it is by the master cylinder.

That’s a great idea. I’m going to follow your build VERY interested in doing the same. James

Once I get the funds the whole fuel system will go to fuel injection with the Sniper to control timing as well.

Awesome.
I’m easily 6 months away from starting.

And you are utilizing a Torkstorm unit? How is clearance for fan or alternator?
