I was in on a class action law suit with BOA. What they were doing was If your funds posted in the evening showing available/cleared(everything good right?) Then they would put checks that came trough that night BEFORE the deposit and bounce them.:wtf: I had printed out the statements that evening and the ones the next morning showing where they had done it and sent it off to tha atty that had concacted me.
