Turning back the clock
Completion of paving concluded the project at the HDK property last Tuesday with the exception of still doing a few things inside the shop.
First pictures show the old house which Denny completely gutted and rebuilt. New inner walls, floors, roof, windows, HVAC, all plumbing including supply and sewer lines from across the street. New porches and porch roofs front and rear. Raised upstairs ceiling from 7' high to 8'. Removed outside stairway, all wiring, drywall, new EVERYTHING! There are four mini condos in there now; ready to rent.
The new shop rose from the ground where nothing was before. The smaller white garage beside HDK is newer and belongs to brother Dave.
