The fuk'rs didn't show up today when the rest of the lumber was delivered so it's a mess in the yard. Plus they didn't do any work either...even though they told me yesterday that they were going to be here today at 2 pm and work into the evening.
They were just hiding from the heat today and are giving me a BS run around as to why they weren't here. The fuk'rs didn't even bother to communicate their change in plans and started tap dancing when I called them. I've know this guy running the build for 5 years and now he's getting stupid on me?
I made it very clear that he is not going to get another dime until it's all done. I gave him a deposit that covered materials and it's all here now and the framing is 70% done. I told him if he decided to get squirrelly and try to come take materials from the yard I'd have him arrested...if he survived being shot.
Just kidding...maybe.
