24 hours of lemons

I have been lemon's racing for 2 years now. 1st. the people who run the race love unusual cars, which would be your Daytona (great chance to get a cash award for that)

Brakes, brakes and suspension are the key. Horsepower only does so much for handling. Which is why there are three classes; A. (horsepower and handling), B. less than A class. C. fun slow cars (supposedly)

Everybody cheats. Less than 1% of cars cost $500 and that is only for the first race. All safety equipment (brakes, tires etc) doesn't count towards the $500

Bring documentation for the inspection (safety and bs) that will help. If your car is really over the rules, bring a bribe or take the laps

It is a blast - an for the amount of track time way cheaper than one of those racing schools

Pictures from the last months race at Thunderhill. 5.1 mile track in the 95-100 degree heat. Good times
