Stop in for a cup of coffee

the only thing i can think of is a faulty throwout bearing causing the clutch to ride on itself. I've changed it each time. but its plastic and every time the clutch has gone out, the throwout bearing has been in multiple pieces when the trans is dropped
What kind of vehicle is it? I have seen clutches on some of the late model vehicles. It's a wonder they work at all. Not much to them.
