So with the other 300+ pounds I've shredded, I should be 3.2 tenths faster?
In the 1/4 mile, all other things being kept the same, 320 lbs weight loss equals 0.32 secs quicker ET as a rule of thumb.

However, where you lose it and how it changes traction or weight transfer determines what (if any) actual gains you will see.
