When does money outweigh sentimental value? 1968 notchback build thread
I like where you are going with your car, a lot of the same body modifications as mine! Same hood also. Mini-tubs, frame connectors, torque boxes, and etcetera. My tunnel mods were a little more drastic, but in all much the same. I have owned my car since 1988, the cost was only a consideration in the sense of if I could afford it. I have never considered the car to be an investment, it is more like part of the family. Logic does not apply. I think when people try to inject logic into this hobby they are trying to rationalize their actions. I have never bothered to rationalize certain decisions, they just don't make sense objectively and I can accept that.
