NICE!! I really wish i could get the 8 acres across the road from my 10 acre plot. it has a small house and a 2 acre pond. Problem is, thing has 3 different banks fighting to foreclose on it, so court order sheriff sale..... total in debt owed is 3.5 times the value of the property and you know the banks are gonna be in a bidding war over it.
