Yeah, honestly, i can see the banks not buying it now that i think about it, letting the county seize it under unpaid taxes and then swoop in and get it
But at that point it's fair game. The banks already lost on it. They can make more money elsewhere. Even if the real value is a little higher than the 89, I still don't see a scenario where they are likely to come out ahead on it. Why go deeper into a fixer upper/tear it downer in the middle of a field somewhere?
