morning all, i think i way over did it yesterday with my back doing yard work, by fair one of the absolute worst days so far for pain since injuring this back in March. Woke up with shooting pains a couple hours ago, sitting hurts, walking hurts and is barely possible. Good Gawd im dreading getting older.
