Sooooo that property I've been talking about. Sold to a realtor and they are trying to flip it for 94,000. Appraised value is 76400 per public records. House is 1104 sq ft, 5.6 acre pond out of the 6.8 acre plot
Sounds about right. Appraised value on record is for tax purposes only and never matches the actual value. It's always considerably lower. Mine is 75% of actual value. The numbers you showed put that property at about the same.
