do you have to go through a "reallocation" process?
Kind-a, Sort-a. Basically my supervisor has to get the Presidents approval, then it goes down town to system office and they have to approve it. Once approved BAM, more money. I would say more responsibility, but I kind do that now. Except now I can actually discipline the people that work for me. It does not have to go for bid, because I can justify that I've been doing the work for 6+ months. Actually since I've started, so it can not be contested by the union. Then thank god I will finally be getting out of the crappy union that supposedly represents me and into a new one, that I've not heard anything bad about
