Stop in for a cup of coffee

I hear ya... I worked my way up and was a maintenance manager for many years. New owners/management pushed me out. With no degree, very difficult to get in anywhere at management level. Got in with a co from CA starting new in our area that was supposed to grow into a management spot. Even though we were making big $ for them, they shut it down after 3 years. To even get in the door as a mechanic, I am prob going to take a big step back in pay and likely end up on a night shift. :BangHead:

I have an engineering degree and I'm driving a fork lift, after working at a clothes warehouse before that... I have to start on the ground floor and work my way up...

I had to take 10 years off to take care of my sick dad and mom while raising my two kids myself...

They preach family before work, but if you do that, they hold it against you when you try to get back in... :mob:

I had a CEO snub me for taking a temp job, WTF??? I have never taken any unemployment or welfare and will work a $10 per hour job to keep from doing so, but that doesn't get any appreciation... :icon_fU:
